Dear valued customers,
We would like to thank you for your loyalty and patronage of the Puma AdvoCAT program. We are in the process of revamping it and therefore we will be putting the current program on pause. AdvoCAT points can still be accumulated till 15 June 2023 and you can still utilize your points till 30 June 2023 for purchases.
Please note that any purchases made in stores/outlets from 15 June onwards would not earn any points. Customers with more than 200 points will be able to use the points to purchase or convert their points to Gift Cards at multiple PUMA Stores & Outlets before 30th June 2023. The list is mentioned below. Gift Cards issued will have a validity of 6 months. Customers with less than 200 points are expected to redeem them through purchases by 30 June 2023.
Members will continue to receive Promotional Offers, New Product launches, and Member Only Benefits via SMS and email.

Q: Will be points be redeemable both in stores and outlets?
A: Yes, it will be applicable for both
Q: How can I check the number of points left?
A: Approach the nearest Puma Store / Outlet to enquire on your remaining points
Q: Can I redeem my points online?
A: AdvoCAT points can only be redeemed at Puma Stores and Outlets, you will not be able to redeem it on the .COM site
Q: Will my membership be permanently terminated?
A: No, we will only be stopping the points redemption and accumulation. Customers with membership will still be able to receive the latest offers and product launches via SMS
Q: Will there be a new membership scheme replacing the AdvoCAT Programme?
A: Not for the moment. However, members will be the first to be notified when it launches.
Q: Can I still redeem points after utilizing my points for purchase?
A: Customers will not be able to redeem points after 30th June 2023
